Apple Mead with Spices Added. Tasting Notes: Apple and baked crumble with caramelized sugar and spices that linger on the palette. Sweet and warming but balanced with apple acidity and spices. Locally pressed apple cider is blended with honey and spices for our take on a classic dessert. Baked apple and sweet cinnamon goodness…crumble and all.

Throughout the ages, Dragon’s Milk has been used as a term to describe potent ales and elixirs worth of celebration – a reward at the end of the journey. We are proud to be stewards of that ancient tradition today, hand-crafting each batch of Dragon’s Milk Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout in Holland, Michigan. The best liquid in our house is now yours. Roasted malt delivers notes of coffee and chocolate married with sweet undertones of vanilla and oak from a three month stay in bourbon barrels.
Nitro thought it would be sweet, but bitter because the coffee was the main taste of this beer!
