Sunshine always dances here. Some call this fruitful pairing surreal – ruby red apples uniting with succulent juicy oranges. Unexpected? You bet. Sweet yet tart – tasty and unique. Nothing stops the passion found in a Grand Mimosa. All natural orange juice added, natural settling may occur.
It's impossible to replicate a Michigan summer. Recreating a northern night under the stars would be a futile endeavor. So, we've done the next best thing - we've crafted summer's perfect ally. Experience WakeFire, a comforting blend of Michigan-grown cherries, orange peel and our famous Blake's apples.
Bud Light is brewed using a blend of premium aroma hop varieties, both American-grown and imported, and a combination of barley malts and rice. Its superior drinkability and refreshing flavor makes it the world’s favorite light beer.
Labatt Blue Light was introduced in 1983 as a lower alcohol, lower calorie version of Canada's most popular brand. Blue Light uses specially selected North American aromatic hops and the same strain of lager yeast as the one used to produce Labatt Blue. The result is a crisp, clean and delicately balanced beer, with a slight sweetness and citrus-like hop character.
Jai Alai, a game native to the Basque region of Spain, is played on a court called a fronton. Jai Alai players attempt to catch a ball using a curved mitt whilst the ball travels at speeds up to 188mph! Proving they have a sense of humor the Spanish dubbed this game, with its ball traveling at race car speeds, “the merry game.” Tampa was once home to a bustling Jai Alai fronton but sadly all that remains of Jai Alai in the Tampa Bay area is this India Pale Ale that we brew in tribute to the merry game. The India Pale Ale style of beer has its roots in the ales sent from England to thirsty British troops in India during the 18th century. Pair Jai Alai India Pale Ale with beef empanadas, deviled crabs, and other spicy dishes.
Collaborating on a beer takes time. Just like making friends. Our like-minded compatriots over at Societe Brewing Co. paired with us to create an IPA like no other. This collaboration features Idaho 7 and New Zealand Southern Cross hops – showcasing citrus flavors and piney, dank aroma as solid as two full glasses clanking together. But this unique bond isn’t forged overnight. Skedaddle to your local spot and enjoy the good times had by all.
If you think that black cherries are only good for decorating your cocktail, this beer will change your mind in a flash. This brew delivers the extraordinary flavor combination of cherries and high-quality bourbon with the alcohol content of beer. Cherry and bourbon seem to be made for each other when you merge this brew into one beer mug. If this is not enough for you, we added a touch of vanilla, to enrich the flavor even more.
A sweet-tart in a glass, made from tart black currants and sweet, local honey.

A holiday ale brewed with honey and spiced with fresh ginger and cinnamon.
Once upon a frozen evening way up north, a sweet local honey named Holly inspired our Jolly Fat Man (as only Holly can) to create this festive spiced holiday ale. We think you will enjoy his holiday creation with it's aromas and flavors of Christmas day. Sweet malt, ginger, honey and cinnamon spice. Sip this by the fire with your significant other. Who knows, maybe it will lead to a little inspiration of your own. From our Jolly Fat Man to yours, Happy Holidays. Food Pairings: Pretzels with Mustard, Apple Pie, Holiday Fruit Cake.
Our traditional gose, infused with 1 lb per gallon of Montmorency sour cherries for a tart kick of fruit to compliment the refreshing, salty, bready gose style.

An assertively hopped American pale ale with citrusy and piney Cascade hops. Named after the 1969 burning of the cuyahoga river, our American pale ale combines a citrusy cascade hop flavor worn a fruity assertiveness. In keeping with the Bavarian purity law of 1516, this beer is traditionally brewed from all natural ingredients:barly, hops, yeast, and water. No chemicals or preservatives are used.
Admittedly, it’s a bit of a paradox to name our Amber Lager for history’s most famous agent of prohibition. But it’s a smooth, malty (and dare we say, arresting?) paradox.
The appearance of this exceptional beer is matched only by its taste! To make our Framboise, we add raspberry juice to our lambic. That gives it a delicate fruity aroma and a beautiful dark pink colour, just like the dress I wore to our cousin Willy's wedding. (But that's of no interest to you since you undoubtedly don't know Willy). Framboise is served as an aperitif, but I also use it in cooking. And when I don't finish the bottle in my preparations, I finish it in my glass.
Hoppy and light with a tingly mouthfeel and fruity hop characteristics—perfect for the hophead and hop-averse.
Brewed with Hogan's Baking Co. maple creamsticks and doughnuts along with a little Ohio maple syrup.
Brewed with well water (the original well at the Old Brewery, sunk in 1758, is still in use, with the hard well water being drawn from 85 feet underground); best barley malt, yeast and aromatic hops; fermented in 'stone Yorkshire squares' to create a relatively dry ale with rich nutty colour and plate of beech nuts, almonds and walnuts.
A golden crisp ale brewed with high quality malts and hops, bending the classic modern with a nod to Eastern European pilsners and a wink to English ales. A smooth drinking, full flavored session beer that's perfect for all day, and all night seasons. *Distributed by Penguin City Beer*

Brewed with a careful selection of caramel and roasted malts, Bear Hug was brewed to maintain malt depth without a burnt, astringent roast character. Gentle but still firm, the smooth roasted maltiness is matched with a showcase of hop aroma without being overly bitter.
A Mexican-spiced hot chocolate infused imperial stout. Move quick to get your hands on this one-off brew!
One of the earliest examples of the Russian Imperial Stout in the United States, Expedition Stout offers immensely complex flavors crafted specifically with vintage aging in mind, as its profile will continue to mature and develop over the years. A huge malt body is matched to a heady blend of chocolate, dark fruits, and other aromas. Intensely bitter in its early months, the flavors will slowly meld and grow in depth as the beer ages.
Special Double Cream Stout derives its name from its smooth, creamy texture, not the ingredients. Completely dairy-free, this stout blends ten different specialty malts to yield a remarkable depth of flavor. With only a touch of burnt notes, Special Double Cream Stout focuses on the softer, cocoa & espresso-like aspects of roasted malt.
